Welcome to the website of the 7th IEEE International Conference on Technology Management, Operations and Decisions (IEEE ICTMOD). IEEE ICTMOD 2025 will take place in Glasgow – Scotland on October 20-21-22, 2025 (in-person).

IEEE ICTMOD is the most prestigious conference in technology managament, operations and decisions. The conference activities are primarily delivered by and for academics, though many of the papers and panels have a strong professional orientation.

IEEE ICTMOD was founded in 2018 by CIEMS and co-organised with IEEE TEMS.

CIEMS invites you to participate in the IEEE ICTMOD. The event will be held over three days, with presentations delivered by researchers from the international community, including presentations from keynote speakers and state-of-the-art lectures.

All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases (Scopus, Web of Science, ProQuest, IET, NLM, CrossRef ). Following the conference, authors of selected high quality papers will be advised to submit, after substantial revision and improvement according to journals’ requirements and guidelines, their papers for following special issues and regular issues high-impact international academic journals, where they will undergo the traditional double blind peer review process.
